“God is good, all the time. My spiritual journey started when I hit my late 20’s. I was working in corporate America, was in an unsatisfying marriage, and was very disillusioned with my adult life. I eventually removed myself from the marriage, moved to a new city, and began to read some self-improvement books. I wanted to believe in God, but I wasn’t quite sure about Jesus being the only way. So I kept reading a mix of self-improvement and new age books along with the Bible.
After moving to New York in the late 1990s, I tried to have more fun in pursuit of income - I tried voice-over work, print modeling and singing; all the while creating art on the side for fun. During this time, I was reading my Bible more and more, and began to receive the revelation of Jesus and the power of words in our lives. This sparked my artistic style comprising words, phrases and scripture. Eventually, I realized that my calling for God was helping others find the Word through my art, and God revealed to me the tools in which to do just that.
I have been marketing my art in various forms since 2000. Currently, I have a postcard series; 4x5 canvas pieces; 18x24 prints; a yearly calendar; a “Love is” name series; necklaces, birthday prints and wedding guest books. I continue to create art pieces that help people find God and find out about their “life plan”. In doing this, my goal is to inspire people to be creative and have fun in whatever their calling is. “
